This Returns and Refund Policy apply to purchases made from Autofficina Parts Limited through www.autofficinaparts.co.uk

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Special order or custom parts
  • Electrical parts that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Items returned without original packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.


4. Faulty or Defective Products

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You may be entitled to:

  • A full refund

If the fault is confirmed, we will also cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item if you believe it is faulty.


5. Incorrect Items

We will cover the cost of return shipping in this case.


6. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the parts ordered are compatible with their vehicle.

We recommend checking:

  • Year of manufacture
  • Engine type
  • OEM part number

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.

We are not responsible for labour or installation costs if an incorrect part is ordered.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item was incorrectly supplied

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Delivery costs are refundable only if the entire order is returned under your statutory rights.


9. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on stock availability.
